All Abilities Soccer Program
Brams United is proud to offer a unique program designed to provide youth between the ages of 5-21 that experience physical, emotional, social or developmental disabilities the opportunity to participate in an organized soccer program. This program is offered to both female and male participants and is offered at no cost for the participants.
The club will operate this program with volunteer program coordinators that will lead each session for the participants. Parents are not expected to coach but are welcome to participate and assist their child if needed.
Brams United offers an All Abilities program in the winter and summer:
- Winter Session: November – February
- Summer Session: June – August
Training sessions consist of a warm-ups, ball control skills and a scrimmage at the end. The focus will be about encouraging physical activity while introducing basic soccer skills in a positive learning environment. Our goal is that every participant is able to have fun, stay active and build relationships within our community while learning about soccer.
We do recommend that a parent or guardian remain at the field at all times during the sessions. This will assist the players in feeling more comfortable and provide the coaching staff immediate support should a challenge arise.
