Effective August 1st, 2017:
- Once a REP player accepts offer to join team, they are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $400 to secure their spot.
- Any amounts paid towards a tournament are also non-refundable.
- Any amounts over and beyond the aforementioned items will be refunded up to December 14th.
- No refund requests will be honoured as of December 15th onward.
All requests for refunds must be emailed to the Treasurer (firstname.lastname@example.org) providing the following detail:
- Full Name of the Player
- Birth date of the Player
- Method and Date of Payment of Fees
- Reason for Refund
