Refund Policy


Effective August 1st, 2017:

  • Once a REP player accepts offer to join team, they are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $400 to secure their spot.
  • Any amounts paid towards a tournament are also non-refundable.
  • Any amounts over and beyond the aforementioned items will be refunded up to December 14th.
  • No refund requests will be honoured as of December 15th onward.

All requests for refunds must be emailed to the Treasurer (treasurer@bramsunited.ca) providing the following detail:

  1. Full Name of the Player
  2. Birth date of the Player
  3. Method and Date of Payment of Fees
  4. Reason for Refund
