A Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Wednesday November 14, 2018 at 7PM regarding the Amalgamation of Brams United Girls SC, Brampton Youth SC, and Brampton East SC. Members will be eligible to vote regarding the matter.

The meeting will be held at:

Chris Gibson Recreation Centre-125 McLaughlin Rd N, Brampton, ON L6X 1Y7

Members who meet the following criteria are eligible to vote: 

1. 18 years of age or older
2. Is a current Member in Good Standing and was a Member in Good Standing in the previous fiscal year applicable to the meeting of Members

Clarity of Voting Rights: 

1. A parent or guardian with three children registered with the Corporation who are younger than 18 years old may exercise three votes
2. Two parents of the same child who is registered with the Corporation and who is younger than 18 years old may both attend a meeting of the Members but may only exercise one vote
3. A parent or guardian with two children registered with the Corporation who are younger than 18 years old and is a Coach may exercise three votes

Proxy Voting:

Every Member entitled to vote at a meeting of Members may, by means of a proxy, appoint a proxy holder, to attend and vote on behalf of the Member. The proxy holder need not be a Member. A proxy must:

1. Be physically signed by the Member (electronic signatures are not permitted);
2. Comply with the format stipulated by the Corporation; and
3. Be submitted to the Registered Office of the Corporation at least five (5) business days prior to the meeting of the Members
