Fitness – Strength & Conditioning

Small group soccer fitness training for athletes who wish to take their game to the next level. Soccer fitness will focus on high intensity ball work, body weight resistance, agility, speed, quickness and physical well being led by Andrew Nazir.

Please note that this program is not held in a gym with equipment, it will be recommended that participants please bring a mat and/or resistance bands if available.
