Players will participate in one match each week, officiated by Match Officials. Teams will be supported by volunteer coaches who foster a positive, inclusive, and development-focused environment while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and individual growth.

Matches are played in the 7 v 7  format (including a goalkeeper) OR 5 v 5 format depending on player availability and will consist of two 25-minute halves. If time permits volunteer coaches will run a 10 minute warm-up

Teams will be balanced during the first three weeks of the season to promote fair, enjoyable, and competitive game play for all participants. While Brams United SC will make every reasonable effort to accommodate player requests as per our policy- We cannot be guaranteed as team balance and the overall player experience remain our priority.
